Oh, where to start with them? I love Dunk, that big golden retriever of a guy that still manages to beat the shit out of you if you deserve it (and there's so many people in Westeros that do.) I love Baelor and just how effortlessly cool and regal he is; you can see why he's so beloved and why it's a tragedy for the kingdom that he never gets to be king as well as a tragedy for fans of DILFs everywhere. And I even love Maekar, that grim, grumpy man who has to put up with his kids being respectively a: an entitled asshole, b: a drunken psychic, and c: a kid who takes one look at a random knight and is like, yep, this should turn out fine if I just tag along with him everywhere. I do ship Baelor and Dunk and the loyalty thing they were about to get on before an untimely blow to the head ruined that, so I'd love something about them, but I would also be happy to have Maekar thrown in there since you know he'd be glowering through it all and insist on getting involved in some way.

One of my original favorite trios and I can totally see how they map onto this trio – my brain can't make up which one is Navarre (wolf) and which one is Isabeau (hawk), though I'm leaning towards Maekar for the former and Baelor for the latter, but Dunk is totally Philippe, just minus a bit of the cunning.

Alternate Universe - Noir

Targaryens would make excellent crime bosses with Dunk as some newly arrived man for hire that gets wrapped up in the usual bit of intrigue and scheming.

Alternate Universe - Regency era

Oh, they split the Darcy thing - Maekar for sure would be judging everyone from afar while being socially awkward, while Baelor would be the one that probably has the shirtless scene.

Came Back Wrong And Extremely Fucking Horny, High-ranking person hit with fuck-or-die sex pollen; chooses someone unexpected to help them with it, Repressed and serious character gets to be horny

The hilarity of picturing Baelor returning from the dead and everyone wondering if he used to be that... well, they're not going to say anything but he definitely seems a bit more active than he used to be. (Or just have him have a sex pollen experience and decide that he wants to carpe diem, as it were.)

Character A steps into a lowkey father/caretaker role to help character B process their daddy issues, Character decides to be the other's sugar daddy without telling them, the inherent hotness of a competent dilf, Protecting Your Bodyguard After They Are Injured While Defending You, Soulbonds - Soulbonding is the only way for A to save severely injured B's life

I just love the idea of Baelor deciding that Dunk, while being very good at the knight part, isn't so great at the political stuff that goes along with it and decides to take him in hand (and house). Maybe something comes up where one of them gets injured and the other has to take care of them, or maybe it's something as simple as Baelor telling Dunk look, I think you have issues with father figures and lucky for you, I am a daddy.

Character A tilting character B's chin up with the tip of a sword, Character Surprised By Their Own Deep Loyalty Feels; Object Of Loyalty Even More Surprised, Fealtykink smut with the weird inherent power differential of lord/vassal or lord/servant simmering under the surface, Performative Fealty - kneeling/kissing back of hand/deference before others

All about the fealty thing here and how it plays into the power dynamics between them all. I'd love any display of it where Dunk maybe gets off on the whole thing despite himself whereas Baelor and Maekar are kind of impressed with his enthusiasm.

Character who is Secretly a Dragon is Revealed, Excruciatingly Awkward Family Dinners

This just seems a no-brainer for anything involving the Targaryens and I am so there for any version of it.

Polyamory - Character in v-shaped relationship gets their lovers together, Praise Kink - Character A is praised by Characters B and C during threesome

I definitely can see Baelor having a v-shaped relationship with Maekar and Dunk and deciding to get them on the same page, as it were, and come to some sort of agreement. And while I think that Dunk would positively thrive on praise in bed, it would equally be hilarious if it was Maekar uncomfortably squirming through it all and wondering just why he agreed to be with these assholes.

Astronaut Magically Turned Into Angry Space Unicorn/Rival Playboy Astronaut Who's Secretly A Virgin (M/M) (OW)

So I may have been inspired by this cover to nominate this, but seriously, it just has so much going on! The look on the unicorn's face that screams “you get the fuck away from me before you get a hoof to the face!” The man trying to defend himself from him, probably thinking “hey, I don't like this anymore than you do!” And of course, the nebulous background that could be anywhere – is it clouds? Mist? Snow on a mountain? I don't know what's going on, but my brain goes to two astronauts that end up on some planet where one of them gets transformed into a unicorn somehow and of course, having that magical virginity detecting unicorn power, realizes that that asshole who's always been a stereotypical 50s playboy is a virgin. I don't know why I think these things, the thought just stuck there so now I'm going to just throw it there and let it be free in the world.
